Corporate Social Responsibility

Our vision is to connect in a simple, secure and sustainable way

Where we started

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) isn’t just a buzzword; it’s at the heartbeat of our organisation. We believe in making a positive impact not because we have to, but because it’s ingrained in our core values.

In 2022 we worked out what we needed to do to start our CSR journey. We decided that in 2023 we need to measure. Everything. We did this to know where we were, to define where we need to be, and to work out how we get there.

Our CSR journey runs along three parallel paths

  • Environment
  • Wellness
  • Safety

Each is important, each has been measured and each will progress; week by week and month by month.

Join us on our journey.

Environment

The first component is the Environment. In 2023 we measured our use of almost everything, so we could improve in every part. This is what we measured.

What we have done so far

  • 100% renewable energy sources for electricity.
  • 100% LED lighting throughout the building.
  • 100% of General waste is diverted from Landfill.
  • All fleet to be hybrid / electric vehicles by end of 2023.
  • All of our business cards are bamboo.
  • All tickets supplied through SKIDATA are climate partner certified and products will be updated to achieve eco mode in 2024

What this means

  • 31.7 trees saved in 2023 so far from recycling our paper.
  • 3 tonnes per month of Carbon reduced by use of remote technology.
