Out and About With: Charlie Payne
At Castle Quay Shopping Centre in Banbury
This week I was fortunate to tag along with Charlie Payne at a service review in Banbury with Castle Quay Shopping Centre Director, Oliver Wren.
This marked the first service review following the comprehensive upgrade of the car parks in and around the centre.
The upgrades to the car parks were completed late last year. We upgraded the software to version 15, added new ticket columns, barriers and loops, and re-used (and re-located) some existing pay machines. A fantastic use of existing whilst adding some new kit.
The service metrics are great, the centre is bustling, and the car parks are nearly full.
A great testament to the success of the recent enhancements and the effort put in by the APT SKIDATA teams in the field and in the office.
Kudos to the team for their commitment to operational excellence. Looking forward to sustained positive outcomes and continued success in optimising parking experiences.
